I offer original one-line drawings, handwritten names, digital photographs of lettering, wire art and selected accessories.

Details such as size, materials, personalisation and preparation time are confirmed by email before you place your order.

Colours may look slightly different on different screens. Handmade pieces may have small variations that do not affect their quality or agreed characteristics.

Prices are in euros. I am not registered for VAT.

Shipping is charged separately. The complete amount payable and any other applicable charges are explained before you confirm your order.

Payment details and the payment deadline are provided by email.

Work on personalised pieces begins after payment and after I receive the information needed to complete the order.

Please describe the artwork or product you would like. For a handwritten name, include the exact spelling. For a custom drawing, I may ask for a photograph or further details.

I will email you an offer confirming the product, total price, shipping cost, payment instructions and expected preparation and delivery times.

Sending an enquiry does not commit you to buying anything. Your order becomes binding when you accept my offer by email. I will send you confirmation and these terms by email.

Please check names, spelling and other details before confirming your order.

Only send photographs or other material that you have permission to use.

If you would like to change a confirmed order, contact me as soon as possible. I will explain whether the change is possible and whether it affects the price or completion date.

A digital photograph of lettering is delivered by email. No physical artwork is included unless agreed separately.

The file format, intended use and delivery date are confirmed before you order.

Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, delivery within that period will begin only after any legally required express consent and acknowledgement have been obtained.

The right to withdraw from an order depends on the product. Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised are excluded from the ordinary 14-day withdrawal right.

This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

I am responsible for any lack of conformity in accordance with applicable consumer law. Where applicable, this includes the minimum two-year legal protection for goods.

Any solution, including repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund, will follow the conditions set by applicable law.

Copyright remains with the artist. Buying an artwork does not transfer copyright or commercial reproduction rights.

You may display your physical artwork or give it as a gift. Copying, reproducing or commercially using the artwork requires my written permission unless permitted by law.

Slovenian law applies. Any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence remain unaffected.
