Each product page includes information about the product, material, size, colour, personalisation options, price and preparation time.

Colours may look slightly different on different screens. Handmade products may have small variations. These differences are part of their individual character and are not considered defects.

All prices are shown in euros.

I am not registered for VAT.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

The final product price and delivery cost are shown before payment.

Please check your product choice, personalisation details, delivery address and contact information before placing your order.

When you place an order, you agree to pay the total amount shown at checkout.

You will receive an order confirmation by email.

If I cannot complete your order, I will contact you and refund any payment already received.

Personalised products are created especially for you using the information, text or photograph you provide.

Work begins after payment and after I receive everything needed to complete the order.

You confirm that you have permission to send and use any photograph, name, text or other material included in your order.

Personalised products made to your instructions cannot normally be cancelled or returned because you have changed your mind.

This does not affect your rights if the product is damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Preparation and delivery times depend on the product and destination.

Non-personalised products may be returned in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Personalised and custom-made products are normally excluded from the ordinary 14-day right to cancel.

All original artwork, photographs, designs and website content remain protected by copyright.

Buying a product does not transfer copyright or commercial reproduction rights to you.

Products and designs may not be copied, reproduced, resold or used commercially without my written permission.

If your order is damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact me.
