The cost depends on the product, packaging, destination and delivery service. I confirm the shipping cost and total order price by email before you accept the offer.

I pack each order according to its size, material and fragility.

Paper artwork is protected against bending and moisture.

Preparation and delivery times are agreed by email before you order.

Digital photographs of lettering are sent by email within the agreed delivery period. No postal shipping charge applies to digital-only orders.

For deliveries outside the European Union, local customs duties or import taxes may apply. These are not included in the quoted price unless expressly stated otherwise.

For eligible non-personalised physical products, you may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days after you or your nominated recipient receives the goods.

To withdraw, email hello@monikalongar.com with a clear statement of your decision and enough information to identify your order.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not compulsory.

You pay the direct return shipping costs. If a product cannot normally be returned by post, I will provide an estimate of the return cost before you order.

Pack the product securely. You are responsible only for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

I will refund the applicable payment, including the cost of standard outbound delivery, without undue delay and within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice.

Any extra amount paid for a more expensive delivery option is not refunded.

I may withhold the refund until I receive the goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without additional refund fees.

The ordinary 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to physical goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, such as artwork featuring your chosen name or a drawing made from your photograph.

Your statutory rights regarding faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed products remain unaffected.

Withdrawal rights for digital content depend on the applicable law and any valid express consent and acknowledgement obtained before delivery begins.

A digital file is not automatically excluded from withdrawal simply because it was sent by email.

Where possible, include photographs of the product and packaging. Keep the packaging while the issue is being assessed.

I will arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with your statutory rights. Necessary return costs for a valid conformity claim are not charged to you.
